Over time, we work closely with your hospital to use these same data models to offer non-recourse solutions.

Vitality’s next-generation approach uses sophisticated data analytics from other consumer finance industries to customize the program for each patient and improve marketing, enrollment levels and servicing. Our analysis allows us to better identify the patients who can most benefit from our patient financing program and then work with each individual patient to tailor the program to meet their monthly budget. Once enrolled, our data helps us to service each patient more appropriately to ensure that payments continue.

We automate as many processes as possible so that we do not have to require additional work for your staff and to help reduce paper and increase enrollments. We require few, if any, changes to your existing processes.
